10 September 2010 @ 01:23 am

Hi everyone,

There will be 1 EXTRA mass meet session held on:

Date: 13th September 2010 (Monday)
Time: 1 p.m.
Location: The Digital Language Lab @ Library
(Tentative; any change in location will be updated via email)

This session is specially organised for all year 1s students to come down after your UT on that day. It will be a short update session on the camp and Gakuensai, as well as the upcoming events (such as Japanese dish cooking lessons, monthly themed café and movie screening, etc)
Of course, you can choose to attend either session, or come for both. :)

Also,
We know that a lot of you won’t be able to make it during the holidays after UT due to various reasons. Therefore, we would like to know your opinions for the ‘BEST’ day so that majority of you could attend and join us in the fun.

We have planned out activities like:
- Learning how to wear Yukata, and tie the obi
- Basic “How to draw manga” sessions (to be confirmed)
- Japanese Traditional Games
- Folkdance
- Talent Showcase, so on and so forth.

Please head over to: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/V5H9DHV to take part in the poll and share your thoughts. Also, if you have any suggestions on what we can do during the camp, feel free to drop us an email, or comment in the survey.

So to say, the JCIG camp supposedly to be held on 16th and 17th Sep is POSTPONED.

We strongly encourage all of you to check your emails regularly (at least twice a week) as we will be sending event updates, etc regularly.

Thank you and hope to see you soon!
